Xepcon recognizes that ZLD projects are CAPEX- and OPEX-intensive, with the evaporator and crystallizer being the costliest components. By maximizing volume reduction via membranes and optimizing reverse osmosis pre-treatment, we push RO recoveries to osmotic pressure limits — reducing scaling, fouling, and the high costs of downstream processes.
