Low Temperature Vacuum Evaporator (LoTEv)
Committed to Zero Liquid Discharge
Xepcon’s Low Temperature Vacuum Evaporator (LoTEv) is a wastewater treatment system that operates under vacuum conditions to evaporate water at lower temperatures, typically around 40–50°C, rather than the standard 100°C. This process helps concentrate pollutants for easier disposal or reuse while minimizing energy consumption.
Benefits:
- Zero Wastewater Discharge – Enables ZLD, minimizing environmental impact.
- Reduced Industrial Waste – Concentrates pollutants, lowering disposal costs.
- Thick Waste Liquid – Reduces water quality index, optimizing treatment.
- Low Moisture Residue – Enhances drying efficiency, easing handling.
- Sludge Drying – Lowers moisture content, cutting waste volume.
- Water Reuse – Produces high-quality distillate for industrial applications.
- Contribute to the achievement of ISO14000 targets
